SUMMARY:  Our beloved ‘Aurora’ is a luxurious 6-berth, 6 belted seats Auto-Roller 707 family motorhome from Roller Team. It is a relatively new, 2019 manual model with only 5000 miles on its clock, providing a modern, comfortable and reliable vehicle for a wide range of vacations.  Our motorhome encompasses and tackle family dynamics with its large, spacious front dinette area. A combination of fixed and fold away beds provide a good night’s sleep where you can enjoy your dreams in comfortable homely environment, ready for your next big adventure. The front lounge includes two L-shape settees and there are 14 cushions plus four bolsters (various sections are removed to create legroom for travel). Five infill cushions, plus a couple of bridging boards that help to create a double bed for a cosy night sleep.  Further sleeping options include two single bunk beds at the rear of the vehicle with comfortable foam mattresses. Each beds have a mini window for light and air, an LED spotlight, and the top bunk has a dedicated ladder for access. The main electric drop-down double bed set above the cleverly designed lounge/dinette area with a comfy 4-inch foam mattress can be also accessed by an adjustable ladder, and (along with both bunk beds) is further equipped with safety nets.  The practical interior has dark wood strip vinyl floors, while soft furnishings feature luxury Italian upholstery in mocha-colour velvet with leathercloth wearing edges and contrasting piped detail. Dark wood frames cream panels in the locker doors to create a modern, serene atmosphere, allowing you to relax in comfort and style. All windows have Remis flyscreens/blinds, while the main side windows are featuring chic Austrian blinds.  The fully fitted L-shape kitchen features separate gas oven & grill with electric ignition, and a three-burner gas hob. There’s sufficient worktop in the corner, a sink with a swivel mixer tap and a decent-sized waste point. The spacious fridge/freezer with a deep bottom drawer and generous 15-litre upper freezer compartment will keep you fully stocked. Furthermore we will provide you with coffee and tea facilities and with an extra welcome hamper to compliment your big adventures. :-)  The compact washroom encloses a shower tray with levelling duckboard and two drains. There is an excellent rectangular basin and mirror splash backs on two sides, while the tap head pulls out to double as the shower head. Four-fold doors with magnetic closure keep the toilet area dry.  Strip lighting under the kitchen cabinets provides excellent illumination to complement the powerful triple downlights in the ceiling. As well as first-rate LED lighting, there’s a flyscreen door and an awning light. Space heating is courtesy of a combi boiler under the offside dinette, with blown warm air distribution throughout. The fresh water tank is under the nearside seat base and the waste tank is underfloor.  The ingenious storage spaces throughout the vehicle include plenty of internal cupboard storage that aims to make your trip more comfortable, and hinging up the lower bunk bed provides additional space whilst travelling. The large external locker area is ideal to store sports equipment or outdoor furnishings. 

The convenient driver’s pack includes cab air conditioning, cruise control with speed limiter function, DAB/FM radio with steering wheel controls and Bluetooth connectivity, radio aerial in rear view mirror, passenger airbag, electrically operated and heated mirrors with colour matched wing mirror protectors. 

LOCATION:  We are conveniently located in the centre of Scotland in the historic town of Stirling, which is referred to as the ’Gateway to the Highlands’ and it is a great area to explore with numerous sites. Excellent transport links mean easy, quick access from Edinburgh and Glasgow and indeed into the Highlands themselves. You therefore can explore cities as well as more scenic rural locations with their stunning lochs, sweeping hillsides and majestic mountains – all on Stirling’s doorstep.

😷 COVID 19:  We rigorously clean and sanitise our motorhome between hires. Antibacterial cleaning supplies, hand wash and hand sanitizer will be provided for your trip. 

HIRING RULES: 

- Our pick-up time is at 3pm and the drop-off time is at 12pm. The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with full tank. 

- A 15 litre gas tank will be provided with contents in it (along with an extra gas tank); this should be either refilled or £35 will be deducted at handover. 

- We expect you to treat our well-loved motorhome with respect as if it was your own; please ensure no damage to uplholstery, beds and finishes, and return it clean and tidy (including all furnisihngs, bbq, cookware, utensils etc) to avoid extra cleaning charge. Cleaning goods will be supplied. 

- Toilet and waste water tank should be emptied before return. In case of toilet cassette is not emptied, £75 will be deducted. 

- We will ask you to bring only soft-shell suitcase/luggage instead of hard-shell to avoid damages done to the interior. 

- No off-road driving

- No festival destinations, and 

- No smoking is allowed within the motorhome.

FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES:  Minimum driver’s age is 25 years. A DVLA check must be done with a DVLA check code provided. Furthermore, we will ask a copy of both sides of your driving licence (which should not hold more than 6 points in the format of 2 x 3points), 2 forms of ID, proof of address (no older than 90 days of the hire date with the same address as appearing on the driving licence) along with a utility bill, such as council tax, TV/Internet/phone bill, bank or mortgage statement.
