Fully equipped for 5 people, Cleo offers a smartly organized space, high-quality materials, and all the comfort you need for an incredible journey. Central heating throughout the space ensures a pleasant environment in colder seasons, while blackout curtains and mosquito nets maintain perfect climate control.

Cleo is equipped with a solar panel, a 2000W inverter, and 100Ah battery, allowing you to travel worry-free without needing external electricity connections. Whether you're on a coastal road trip or a nature retreat, you'll have all the power you need for your adventure.

Important Information

We want every experience with Cleo to be perfect, so following a few simple rules is essential for the safety and well-being of all travelers.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

📍 Check-in hours: Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

📍 Check-out hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

🚫 Pick-up/drop-off on Sundays and holidays is not available, as well as on December 24th and 31st.

✅ Porto Airport pick-up/drop-off is FREE, within the check-in/check-out hours. Please check your flight arrival time.

✅ Services outside these days or times require confirmation of availability and will incur an extra cost of €35 per service.

Conditions & Extra Fees

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following conditions:

🔹 Security deposit: €1,500 (must be paid 24h before pick-up via bank transfer or MBWay). The deposit is refunded upon return, minus €300, which will be refunded after toll verification (up to 10 business days).

🔹 Preparation fee: €10/day (includes full disinfection and cleaning of the motorhome).

🔹 Extra Fees for Non-Compliance

To maintain the same quality standard for all travelers, the following penalties apply if the motorhome is not returned in the required condition:

▪️ Motorhome must be returned with:

• Full fresh water and diesel tanks

• Empty waste water and toilet cassette

If not:

• Unemptied toilet cassette – €40

• Fresh water tank not refilled – €15

• Wastewater tank not emptied – €15

• Fuel tank not refilled – €25 + missing fuel cost

▪️ Interior & exterior must be clean:

• Interior cleaning (kitchen & bathroom cleaned, no stains, trash removed, floors swept) – €50

• Exterior cleaning (bumper, hood, windshield, etc.) – €20

▪️ Mileage limit:

• Extra KM: €0.50/km
