📋 Rules and Conditions of Use

To make sure everything is clear from the outset, in addition to Yescapa’s general terms and insurance coverage, this campervan is subject to a few simple rules regarding its use and care, which we ask you to respect throughout your rental.

The security deposit, which is managed in accordance with Yescapa’s terms and conditions, may be used where applicable to cover damage, loss, additional cleaning, missing fuel, late returns, or any other costs resulting from a breach of these rules or from improper use of the vehicle.

Please keep the following important conditions in mind:

• 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.

• 🚫 The campervan is not available for festival use.

• 👥 The maximum authorised number of occupants must be respected at all times.

• 🐾 Pets must comply with the conditions specified for the vehicle.

• 🚐 The campervan may not be sublet or used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

• 🧹 The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, with the toilet and relevant waste/water tanks properly emptied and managed, and with no rubbish left inside.

• ⛽ The campervan must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.

• 🔑 All keys, documents and equipment provided with the campervan must be returned with the vehicle.

• ⚠️ Any accident, damage or other incident must be reported as soon as possible and handled in accordance with Yescapa’s procedures.

• 🛠️ Any damage caused by improper, careless or negligent use of the vehicle or its equipment may result in the corresponding repair or replacement costs being charged.

You will also be provided with a campervan user manual, which contains detailed information about the vehicle’s features, equipment, operation and specific rules. We will provide this to you before collection and go through the key points with you on the day you pick up the vehicle.

Our aim is to make sure everything is clear from the start so you can enjoy your trip with complete peace of mind. If anything happens during your rental, simply let us know as soon as possible so that we can deal with it properly and in accordance with the relevant procedures.
