What is covered by the insurance: - Fire, explosion, short circuit, spontaneous combustion and lightning strike; - Theft, burglary, embezzlement, joyriding, as well as damage that has arisen during the commission thereof. When only the keys are stolen, the insurance covers the actions necessary to secure the motorhome against theft; - Breakage of one or more windows of the motor vehicle, including sunroofs, insofar as this is not the result of a collision, skidding, overturning, leaving the road or falling into water; - Storm, being a wind speed of at least 14 meters per second (wind force 7), as a result of which the camper - when stationary - blows over, or objects end up on/against the motor vehicle, or the door opens against another object or against the motor vehicle itself blowing; - Flood, avalanche, landslide or other natural disaster; - Impact of hailstones on the bodywork; - Collision of the moving motor vehicle with birds, stray animals or crossing game. - Riots or riots; - The crash of an aircraft or parts thereof as well as the falling of objects from an aircraft; - A sudden, uncertain calamity coming from outside the camper. Paint damage and damage due to scratches and scrapes are excluded from cover; - Colliding, skidding, overturning, going off the road and entering the water; Baggage that is lost or damaged due to an accident is not included in the insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out a separate travel insurance policy. When do you lose the right to make a claim under the insurance? - When the driver is not in possession of a driver's license. - When the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that renders the driver unable to drive. - When the motorhome is handled negligently, or when damage is intentionally made to the motorhome. - When there is no need to drive in places for which the motorhome is not intended. - Irresponsible driving for any reason. - When the camper is used for illegal activities. Think of trading and/or transporting drugs or stolen items.

Assistance routière
En cas d’immobilisation du véhicule suite à une panne ou un incident, vous serez pris en charge par l’assistance prévue par le loueur. Un numéro dédié vous permettra de joindre la compagnie d’assistance et vous renseignera sur les étapes de prise en charge.

Paiement sécurisé
Lorsque vous payez sur Yescapa, la rémunération du propriétaire du véhicule est conservée sur un porte-monnaie unique et sécurisé jusqu’au lendemain de votre départ en location. Ainsi, pas de mauvaise surprise, le propriétaire vous accueille le jour du départ pour préparer vos premiers pas avec son véhicule. Quelques jours plus tard, la rémunération arrive sur le compte bancaire du propriétaire.

Si vous ne pouvez pas débuter votre location en raison d’une panne du véhicule ou pour un motif lié au propriétaire, notre équipe vous proposera d’autres véhicules répondant à vos critères de voyage, ou vous serez intégralement remboursé.
