VanRelax.com was born from the passion of a family of true campers and rents camper vans in Milan for long and short periods.

In high season, trips of less than 15 days are not accepted.

In order to collect the vehicle, it is absolutely necessary to pay a Security Deposit of € 1500.00 exclusively by pre-authorization on CREDIT CARD (NO PREPAID) of the Customer. The security deposit will be returned after checking the rented vehicle upon return within a maximum of 20 days from the return of the vehicle.

When collecting the vehicle, it is absolutely necessary that the customer present the originals of: drive license, identity card and tax code. For customers from CEE countries, a valid B driving license is sufficient, while for customers from non-CEE countries, a valid driving license from the country of origin, integrated by the international license, is required

All contractual clauses are reported on the contract to be signed at the check-in of the vehicle.

The collection of the vehicle by the customer takes place between 17:00 and 19:00 on the day of departure. The return of the vehicle takes place between 17:00 and 19:00 on the day of return. Any delay in returning must be promptly communicated and will be charged: € 52.00 to the customer for each half hour of delay and a penalty at triple rate for each day of delay.

No collection or return on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

On return, the vehicle must be clean (€ 150.00 penalty) with empty waste water tanks (€ 150.00 penalty).

The camper is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same conditions, refill cost € 5.00 per liter. The diesel tank has a capacity of 90 liters.

The minimum age of the customer must be 26 years old and the same must have held a driving license for at least 3 years.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the vehicle.

It is possible to transport small animals.

New vehicle, both the couple and the family will find everything they need: two double beds always ready, bathroom, wardrobe, kitchen and fridge. All the interior spaces are sanitized with specific products before each use. The camper van, slightly longer than a car and complete with a rear-view camera, allows for a particular ease of maneuvering. A regular car license is sufficient for driving.
