Rent our beloved Donovan for your road trips!

French couple, but we also speak English!

We are a couple from Toulouse, passionate about travel and new projects. Donovan is our latest project, and we are very proud of it!

We designed and built Donovan ourselves, focusing on both space optimization and comfort. Having a good mattress was essential for us so we wouldn’t feel exhausted during our road trips and could fully enjoy the adventure! We also made sure the living space is as comfortable as possible, given the compact size.

It is 95% finished, with only a few small details left to complete (as seen in the photos). We are therefore open to discussing the rental price, within reason, of course!

Donovan is well insulated with Armaflex (2.9 cm), which helps minimize temperature fluctuations inside. (However, keep in mind that it’s still a van, not a house, in terms of insulation!)

For the interior, we used natural or nature-inspired materials (wood, ropes, jute, etc.).

⚡ Electricity on board

✅ 2 x 230V outlets, powered by a battery that charges via solar panels and the alternator while driving.

✅ Allows you to charge your phones, laptops, camera batteries, etc.

✅ Main LED light with dimmer control.

✅ 2 bedside lamps, one on each side of the bed.

🍽️ Kitchen area

✅ Compression cooler (similar to a fridge but top-opening) with adjustable temperature.

✅ Sink with foot pump and 30L water tank.

✅ 1-burner gas stove (440g gas cartridge), which can be adjusted for indoor or outdoor cooking (on a fold-out table).

✅ All essential cooking utensils are provided.

✅ Plenty of storage: drawers, nets, pockets, and cupboards to keep everything organized in a small space.

🛏️ Sleeping area

✅ Large bench bed, spacious for a van of this type: 1.30m wide x 1.88m long when unfolded.

✅ Designed to maximize space: when folded, it creates a roomy area for a table, easy movement, and changing.

✅ High-quality, comfortable mattress.

(And maybe a few more things we forgot to mention…)

🚗 Additional information

❌ No heating in the living space, only the vehicle’s standard heating while driving.

✅ You can park your car in our secured underground garage during the rental period. 📝 Condition: You must leave us the keys in case of emergency (construction, access issues, etc.), as it is a shared garage, and we may need to move the car if necessary.
